Model C
The second-largest of Steinway’s grand pianos, the Model C is second to the Model D in size. Over 7 feet long and often referred to as the “semi-concert grand,” the Model C retains much of the power and tone of a concert grand piano while fitting nicely in smaller spaces.
With its rich bass and clear treble, the Model C is an impressive instrument and provides its players and listeners alike with a unique character of sound. Its shorter form from the Model D still boasts a large soundboard characteristic of the concert grand.
